Refund Policy for Weather and Ice Conditions
At Newport Skates, we strive to offer you the best experience. When faced with unfavorable weather we have the following refund policy:
- Ticket Refund and Rescheduling: If your skating session is affected, we can reschedule your ticket to another date and time or offer a refund.
- Request Process: To initiate a refund, visit the rink in person or call us at 201-626-RINK during business hours.
